How do I care for and maintain my jewelry?
We send complimentary jewelry cloth with every order. You may also wash your jewelry with ultrasonic devices (sonicator) with mild soap on non-porous gemstones and diamonds. We offer lifetime jewelry cleaning service for jewelry purchased from us at Stylles Jewelry free of charge, though customers have to pay for shipping charges both ways with insurance.
What is the difference between 18k gold and 14k gold?
18k gold contains 75% pure gold and is alloyed with other metals like silver or copper, resulting in a richer, warmer color. It is more valuable but softer compared to 14k gold. In contrast, 14k gold contains 58.3% pure gold and is mixed with alloys for durability, making it more affordable and suitable for everyday wear due to its strength. Ordering and Shipping
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes! You can use PayPal with a wide range of payment methods at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Purchases made via this Website may only be shipped within the fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to hotels, P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 4:00 PM EST will be fulfilled in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST Thursday will be processed and shipped the following business week. Standard orders are delivered via UPS Ground shipping (3-4 days); high value and custom orders are delivered via UPS Next Day Air.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! We offer in-person pickup for Boston-area customers. Please directly contact us before placing your order, we will work with you to schedule a pickup.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Jewelry purchased through styllesjewelry.com is accepted for refund or exchange (subject to availability) if returned to Stylles Jewelry within 7 calendar days of date of delivery. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to quality control inspection before they are accepted. Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original sales tag and packaging. Custom orders are not subject to return.Please include a brief note describing the reason for the return along with a copy of your original receipt, your current home address and telephone number. If you would like to exchange for a different size or item, kindly note this.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of return with insurance covering the merchandise cost and return must be shipped via UPS with insurance to the purchase amount. Customers must email the tracking number of return shipment to Stylles Jewelry (info@styllesjewelry.com) as soon as the package is received by UPS.
Are there any items that are not eligible for return?
Custom order and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Can I request a specific gemstone or metal for a custom piece?
Absolutely! We offer comprehensive services for custom orders, catering to any need to the max of our capacities.
How long does it take to create a custom-designed piece?
Custom orders take 4-8 weeks to finalize depending on the complexity of the order.
Sizing and Fit
How do I determine my ring size?
You can measure with soft tape or a ring sizer. We also offer free ring sizer upon request.
Do you offer resizing services?
Yes. We can resize any ring free of charge after an order is placed and prior to shipping, please add note for resizing with size desired when placing an order. We strongly encourage customers to contact us regarding this service before placing an order.
Quality and Authenticity
Are your products genuine and certified?
Yes. We offer GIA and other internally recognized certifications on all of our custom order gemstone products. We will include all original copies of certifications with your shipment. For non-custom order, refer to the product details to see if we have a certificate on it. If not, you may contact us to request a certificate, though this may incur an extra fee.
Gifts and Special Occasions
Do you offer gift packaging or wrapping?
Yes. All of our orders come with beautiful packing and complimentary jewelry cleaning cloths.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift order?
