Refund policy

Jewelry purchased through styllesjewelry.com is accepted for refund or exchange (subject to availability) if returned to Stylles Jewelry within 7 calendar days of date of delivery. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to quality control inspection before they are accepted. Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original sales tag and packaging. Custom orders are not subject to return or refund. Please include a brief note describing the reason for the return along with a copy of your original receipt, your current home address and telephone number. If you would like to exchange for a different size or item, kindly note this.

If you are requesting a refund of your purchase, Stylles Jewelry will request that the credit card company issue a refund to your account for the full amount of your purchase, less any original shipping, handling, and insurance charges previously applied.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of return with insurance covering the merchandise cost and return must be shipped via UPS with insurance to the purchase amount. Customers must email the tracking number of return shipment to Stylles Jewelry (support@styllesjewelry.com) as soon as the package is received by UPS. 

Stylles Jewelry will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Stylles Jewelry is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. Applicable sales tax will be added for deliveries within the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
